May 29, 2025 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

THURSDAY OF THE SIXTH WEEK OF EASTER

  • First reading:  Acts 18: 1-8
  • Psalm: 98:1-4 (The Lord has revealed to the nations his saving power.)

In Acts, Paul moves to Corinth and meets Aquila and Priscilla, fellow tentmakers and believers. He devotes himself to preaching, facing opposition but continuing with faith. The Psalm praises God’s saving power, revealed to all nations. In the Gospel, Jesus speaks of sorrow turning into joy, likening it to a woman in labor. These readings remind us that despite challenges, God’s saving power is at work, bringing joy amidst sorrows. Let’s trust in Him, knowing that through faith, even our toughest times can lead to greater joy and fulfillment. Amen

 Inspiration Message
